Mentorship
Guidance every step of the way.
Leveraging Entrepreneurship experience accelerates investment in human capital, self-employment, and economic growth. Flare of Light team works to ensure each of the mentees gain the tools and strategies to become self-sufficient through coaching and business consulting sessions.
The mentors will share their life stories, wisdom and guidance.
Flare of Light will support the development of a community of young entrepreneurs whose role is to act as catalysts of Technology, bring innovative solutions to transform their local communities.
Workshops
Development of professional skills.
We stand behind the slogan *Character to empower, Courage to inspire and Change for Growth*. Flare of Light offers training workshops to a number of young people who lack opportunities to further their education or skillset for various reasons.
Flare of Light will strive at filling that gap by providing solutions for those disadvantaged young people particularly girls to benefit from program workshops aimed to build their capacity in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and in the use of modern Information and Communication technologies. These program workshops shall heighten their entrepreneurial spirit and sense of purpose. Also, young people will take advantage of additional support through peer learning groups.
